Nice environment to live in. Walking distance to MRT. Lots of greenery, near nature reserves and parks. Quiet altho near schools. Nice pool and gym.
This place is really poor. 3 times of electricity down and needing repairs in the last 6+ months (don't believe me? Ask residents). Lifts are always slow. Weekends pool has swimming instructor teaching kids from outside. Balcony always full of bugs. NO FOOD NEARBY - nearest supermarket is more than 10 min walk and nearest food is 10+ min walk. Poor.

Only 4 years old and communal spaces on the roof (BBQ pits etc.) are already falling apart.
This is a nice condo with great amenities and facilities. However, the attitude of a security staff is appalling. On 25 July 2022, at around 8 PM as I was walking towards the exit of the main gate via the driveway, an Indian security staff shouted from the security guard post very rudely and loudly: "you come back here and walk out from here!" I could not believe my ears. He was very rude and he did not even bother to apologize or explain why he shouted at me. I could only guess that it's because he took issue with me waking on the driveway and wanted me to exit via the pedestrian gate (no signs were put up on this). In any event, why was there a need for him to speak rudely and shout? The CCTV and audio recording will reveal how terrible his behaviour and attitude was. I strongly urge the management to review the security officer's conduct since it will definitely affect residents and/ or visitors moving forward. I am happy to provide more information if required.
Beautiful landscaping, elegantly created spaces, very exquisitely done up. Definitely one of the better condos around. Luxurious hotel-like atmosphere. Hope the estate management team keep up the good work.
Beautiful condo. Love its drive in area, it looks very prestigious. They have 2 decent size Gym, unlike many other condo their gym are really small. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Lovely facilities but a bit small if you have a medium sized family if 4 ppl depending on personal tastes though. Conveniently has two exits and a bus stop or school outside either if them
Don't ever stay at this condo took them 2-3week to fix 1 lift and it take a lot of your time to wait for the lift
